Beau is a 4 month old, male German Shepard, who LOVES belly rubs. He enjoys his play time with his Foster’s 3 other resident dogs. Although he is teething, he does really well with redirecting, especially when his Foster puts Bully sticks on for him to naw on, and sometimes makes him fall right to sleep. Beau is growing every day, including his confidence. Currently, he does coward when attempts have been made to put a harness or leash for a walk. He enjoys having a big back yard, that is fenced in. He runs after his Fosters other dogs, and really enjoys playing fetch!
He is learning to go outside for his bathroom breaks. Loves sleeping in his crate in the evening, and is really doing amazing with his schedule. He does tire out as a puppy, but believe that is largely due to him chasing the Resident Doberman around the yard. He is still figuring out where he belongs and falls asleep at different places on the hardwood floor to cool off after his playtime. He is a love bug, and anyone that adopts him, will have a playmate, and a cuddle mate
Beau will do best in a home with a fully fenced in yard and with kids 8. He would love another dog to play with or an active family to hang out with.
