Meet Lucy!
Lucy is a sweet and sensitive 1-year-old terrier/retriever  mix weighing about 20 lbs. She’s doing a great job with housebreaking and learning in general. Lucy is a gentle soul who thrives in a calm, adult-only home where she can feel safe and relaxed.

She knows a few commands like “sit,” “come here,” and sometimes even “shake!” She walks nicely on a leash—unless she’s not ready to go inside yet (she does love her yard time!). Lucy enjoys exploring outside and would love a secure yard to sniff and wander around in.

While loud noises and unpredictable environments can make her nervous, Lucy absolutely shines around other dogs and would be love a friendly canine buddy to show her the ropes and share playtime. If you are home often and can give her lots of playtime and walks, she would thrive as your one and only too.

The adoption fee of $400 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed!
