Dixie is a true people-lover and thrives on companionship. She'll follow you from room to room like your own tiny shadow. Because of her strong desire to always be close, she'd do best in a home where her people are around most of the time.

She’s not a fan of leash walks, so she’ll need a securely fenced yard to safely enjoy her outdoor time. A quieter single-family home is ideal for this dainty girl, as she’s not well-suited to apartment living.

Dixie would be happiest in a calm household with older children (8+) who understand how to be gentle with a small dog.

The adoption fee of $400 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family.
