Introducing Pixie- she is a new addition to the Starfish family

Pixie arrived a few weeks ago, with her two very small puppies.

Pixie is an amazing mother, she actually acts like a puppy herself! She is around 2 years hold. She currently weighs 9 pounds and is full of love, and affection! She loves every dog ,cat and person that she meets. She is just one happy little girl.

She has a special knack; she just makes you smile, she warms your heart, and you just want to love her all the more. Given her size we would like a home for her with kids 8 or older.

The adoption fee of $450 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed!

*please note that we are a foster home based rescue and we do home visits as part of the adoption process - we are unable to adopt to families who live outside of the Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Thank you for your understanding.
