Hi, It’s me, Gizzy, checking in! I am a lab/hound mix boy weighting around 46 lbs, and I am around 2 years old. I am a great boy who has been through so much! I came into rescue with a gunshot wound but everything is healing very nicely. My foster parents are not sure who would have done this to me because I am such a wonderful guest.

I was definitely a family pet at some point. I know sit, down, and shake. I am potty trained. I will go in my crate when my fosters go away, but I don’t like it because my canine sisters are not with me. Speaking of canines, I love my two foster sisters. It would be great to have dog companions, but I could also be an only dog. I love to play, but am also pretty chill.

My foster family believes that I have some hound in me because I howl when they prepare my food. I eat right beside my foster sisters and I have not been territorial around my food In fact, I enjoy a good pet while I eat. The vet said I have some kind of Arctic dog in me too because of my one blue eye. Isn’t it so cute?

The adoption fee of $400 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed!
