Ace is the biggest bundle of love. He is about 2-3 years old and a fluffy chi mix boy who weighs around 10 lbs. If I had to sum him up in three words I would use:
cuddly, snuggly, and curious. His favorite activities include constantly touching you
(seriously, whatever you’re doing, he will be sitting next to you and making sure he is
somehow part of it), stealing your laundry when you’re trying to do it, waiting patiently
for you to drop crumbs while you cook, and crawling on you for pets/snuggles. Ace takes
a bit of time to warm up to new people – he may be a bit standoffish when he first meets someone. He takes a few days to warm up. This is completely normal, and he’s just trying to gather information on his new reality After a few days, Ace will literally be your best friend, and in true Chihuahua fashion, your partner in crime/biggest cheerleader/defender. Ace LOVES
to play, and even though he’s 2-3 years old, he acts like a complete puppy. He loves
running around the halls of my building and barking and asking me to run after him, tug-
of-war, and peanut butter-filled bones, but he does NOT like squeaky toys (the squeaker
scares him).
We are looking for a quiet, patient person to be his forever cuddler. Ace does not do well with other dogs in the home so he needs and wants to be your one and only. We are also looking for a home with kids 15 or older or preferably adult only. A busy city apartment is not the right place for him. Rather a nice quiet neighborhood and a yard to hang out in is his ideal living arrangement.
The adoption fee of $200. will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed!
