Meet Blackey AKA Ralphie. He is a Schipperke mix boy who is around 5 years and 16 lbs. Ralphie is a fantastic little man. He is crate trained, although prefers to sleep with us. He is house trained as well. An excellent and faithful watchdog, the Schipperke possesses a strong sense of loyalty and responsibility to what is his. Ralphe is a light sleeper and interested in everything around him. This particular breed has a high prey drive for rodents, reptiles and birds, thus Ralphie should not be in a home with any of these pets. Because Ralphie is agile, it is important that his new home have a fully fenced in yard. He is good with kids, however due to his energy level, kids in the home should be 10 and up. He can be particular to other dogs, so a meet and greet is a must if you have another dog. He has not been around cats.

The adoption fee of $400 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. Although we do the best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can make no guarantee. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED!
