Meet Macho Man (aka Manny).  He is a tiny Chihuahua mix who is around 4 years old but only weighs about 4 lbs.  Manny is a very sweet, affectionate quiet dog.  He likes going for walks and sitting on laps.  He walks well on a leash.  When he came to us he was malnourished and not eating.  After working through this, he is finally eating and drinking!  He is working hard on housetraining but is learning quickly. He was not much on going to the bathroom outside if it is raining or cold but you cannot blame him - he is so small and chills easily.  He loves his crate!  Manny would adjust well in any type of household, he would make a great companion and fit right in.  His foster home is quite and consists of 2 adults (no kids), 2 dogs and 1 cat and he gets along well with them.  We do not have kids but he is fine with the neighbor kids (ages 8 and 12) His background is unknown to us.  He is anxiously awaiting his forever home!

Please kids 8 and older only in the adoptive home.

The adoption fee of $400 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family.
