Violet is a 1-2 year old Jack Russell terrier-Corgi-looking mix and weighs around 26 lbs.  She’d got the fun parts of the Jack Russell mix, the smart, bouncy, fun and silly parts, not the insane energy.  She has a short-medium rough coat in chestnut and buff.  She recently had a litter of puppies and is excited to have a little “me” time after working hard to take care of her litter.  She is the best of both worlds - playful and fun but is learning how to enjoy belly rubs and how to be a cuddler on the couch.  She loves to play tug-of-war with humans and other dogs.  She loves playing with her foster dog brother and sisters and would really enjoy a younger, playful furever dog brother or sister.  She is curious about cats but has not been too bad about chasing them (so far).
Violet does well in a crate at bedtime and when her foster family leaves the house and she loves to go for walks or watch whoever comes by on the bike path behind her foster family’s house.  She’d like to have a fenced yard where she can show off how fast her little legs can go, but mostly she’d really love a kind and patient family to take care of her so she can relax and live her best life.

The adoption fee of $300 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed!
