Hi everyone! I’m Bailey and I’m looking for my furever home! I'm Border Collie mix boy and weigh about 18 lbs.
I love to cuddle with my foster mom but I don’t have to sit on top of her. I’m perfectly happy just napping next to her while she works.
I’m not too sure about my breed, but my foster mom says I’m going to grow up and be a big dog.
At my current foster home I have a dog big brother who I love to play with in our fenced in yard. He has also taught me how to go to the
bathroom outside and he’s showing me how to walk on a leash! I am very good at copying everything he does, so I would really love to
be in a house with another dog that could continue to teach me. But if I’m the only dog, more attention for me is never a bad thing! I also
have a cat big sister in my foster home, but I’m very good about staying away from her (she’s very shy).
My foster parents put my crate in their bedroom so when I go in at night I don’t make a fuss at all. I wake up sometimes and whine,
but if you just talk to me and remind me that you’re close, I fall right back to sleep until morning.
I can sit and give you my paw when asked, but I’m still learning to come when called and to lay down. I am VERY motivated by training
treats so I’m willing to spend a lot of time working on learning!
