Meet Sadie - Sadie is a beautiful 4 yr old hound mix girl who weighs around 54 lbs - she did not have the easiest time in her first years of life, and she ended up in a high intake shelter in KY, patiently waiting for her chance at rescue. She can be shy at first, understandably, but with Sadie it is all about forming a bond of trust. If you are patient and gentle, she will learn to trust you and become the playful, loving, happy girl that she was always meant to be. She is housebroken and crate trained (although has earned trust and freedom in her foster home and is no longer in a crate) and learning to walk on a leash. She would need a slow introduction to any resident dogs (who should be balanced and calm) but as long as her new family is willing to go slowly, she can learn to get along with a dog and enjoy it. She currently loves playing with her fur sibling in her foster home! Give her a chance and you will have a loving companion for life.

The adoption fee of 200.00 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. Although we do the best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can make no guarantee. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED!
