Taffy is an affectionate, sweet, playful hound mix girl. She is around 2 years old and weighs about 45 lbs. Taffy is fully house-broken and loves being outdoors, is great with other dogs, and friendly with kids. She is working on crate training, but sleeps next to her foster family at night without a whimper. She is very inquisitive, and likes toys with cloth covers. She is gentle with her food and loves hot dogs, but not a fan of peanut butter (who would have guessed?)

Taffy has t he most beautiful, soulful eyes, she will snuggle against your feet while watching tv. She's very gentle and friendly after a few minutes of warming up to you. She would do well in a home where she can run and chase a ball, or go on a run with you. She will need a home with a fenced in yard or with someone who wants an active companion -she needs lots of exercise and will be a super happy dog when she can accompany her family on excursions.

The adoption fee of $300 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. Although we do the best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can make no guarantee. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED!
