Meet Alabama! Alabama is one of 4 puppies in her litter who made the trip from KY into a very loving foster home in IL. She is doing great! Happy and healthy, she weighs close to 7 lbs and is a Shih-Tzu/Terrier mix. Her mom was only 15 lbs so she will probably not get too big. This girl is not shy and if she doesn’t have your attention, she’ll let you know! She is sweet, playful and loves to nuzzle in your neck for a nap. She gets along with foster family’s dogs and gets excited and likes to chase the cats bc she thinks it’s a game. I think she’s a little confused as to why the cats don’t chase her after she chases them. She’s very quick and likes to run, run, run! Alabama weighs 6 lbs. 7 oz.. She is working on her potty training and basic commands.

The adoption fee is $450, and this includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchip. Potential adopters need to have a fenced in yard. Starfish may require training as a condition of adoption.
