Hi, I'm Allie and I'm looking for my forever home. I'm an approximately 3 month old German Shepherd/lab mix puppy weighing about 12 lbs. I'm still little but my foster mom says I'll grow up to be a beautiful girl. Since I am a puppy, I spend a lot of my day playing and sleeping. I love to play with the other dogs in our house in our fenced in yard. Sometimes we race around the yard (I'm always last) and sometimes we just go exploring together. I also try to play with the cat (he's just my size!), but he doesn't ever want to play with me...but I keep trying! I love everyone I meet, but until I get a little older I would be better with older kids that can handle a playful puppy with sharp teeth. My puppy play can get rough and I don't realize how much my tiny sharp teeth can hurt when I'm playing. Occasionally my play can get out of hand and I need a short time out to calm down, but after a few minutes I'm refocused and am happy to chew on my toys. I am crate trained and am doing really well with going potty outside too! Although if I get really excited, sometimes I can't hold it. But my foster mom still says I'm doing great! I would like to find a home where I could be let out every few hours to go potty until I get a little older and can hold it longer. I'm also a fast learner... I already know the "sit" command and my foster mom thinks I would learn a lot from additional training/obedience classes.

The adoption fee of $400.00 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. Obedience training may be required by Starfish as a condition of adoption. Allie will be ready to go to her new home sometime in mid-August.
