Meet Becca's Puppies! Sweet Mama Becca has quite the rescue story. She was left in a shelter in rural KY back in the first week of June.... very pregnant...very emaciated...and very scared. There was just no way that Starfish Rescue could leave her to have her puppies on a cold shelter floor, so some truly dedicated volunteers drove down to get Becca, and it was a good thing they did not wait! Becca had her puppies that next day - 9 beautiful healthy babies that are now ready to find their forever homes! These puppies are a mix of Wheaten Terrier and Shepherd and weigh between 4 and 6 lbs. Some look just like Becca (her pic is also included), and some do not at all. ALL of them are 100% adorable! They will probably be 50+ lbs full grown. They have been raised with love and care and are happy, socialized, sweet pups that will make wonderful forever pets for the lucky families who adopt them.

We are reviewing applications for these puppies now. In order for a meet to be scheduled, you will need to send in the pre-adoption application that you will find on our website at www.starfishanimalrescue.com. The application must be filled out completely including current vet contact details or it will not be reviewed. Starfish may require obedience training as a condition of adoption

The adoption fee of $400.00 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. Thank you for choosing to adopt! Becca's puppies are in a foster home in Manteno, IL.
