Meet Tad! Tad is a 2 year old gentle, loving German Shepherd mix who loves a good belly rub, a soft toy to play with, and a really big bed! He is 50 lbs. yet is incredibly gentle with kids and other dogs. He is great in the car, walks easily with a harness, and rarely barks. He's neutered and house broken and we are working on crate training with him. He is intelligent and picks up hand signals well, learning sit and lay down in the short time that he has been with his foster family.

Tad is currently being treated for Heartworm. We would love to place Tad in a loving forever home as he completes the treatment. If you are considering adopting Tad, Starfish will work with you on a customized treatment plan to ensure that he recovers as quickly and easily as possible. The adoption fee of $300.00 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family.
