area. His eyes are fully healed but they have lots of scare tissue and he seems otherwise healthy. We are not sure if he is fully blind, he either sees enough to move about or moves with his other senses. If we can find someone willing to foster this poor kitty we will be taking him to a vet to see what kind of medical care he will need (his eyes may need to be removed). Starfish will provide the medical care necessary to get him to a comfortable, healthy, adoptable state. The shelter volunteers say he is a really sweet cat and doesn't use his claws.
